This article is to elaborate on the invalidity of the reports regarding the flame retardant and UV protection tests we used from 2016.
We contacted the SGS Shunde office in April 2016 and sent the relevant UV FR Artificial plants samples for fire retardant and UV protection testing. At that time, our relevant person in charge was Michael Wu, and when he received the test results, he took the liberty to modify part of the test report in order to get an order from a certain customer, and shared this version of the report with his colleagues. However, Michael Wu did not clarify this matter and left our company since January 2017, so this report has been used from 2016 to 2020.
In this regard, we state the following:
- The UV FR test report with SGS No. SDHL1704004830FB is invalid.
- We used new samples for flame retardant and sunscreen testing in April 2019, and the only test report currently in use is SGS No. GZHL1904013269OT
- Due to the different requirements for flame retardant and sun protection in different countries, we no longer provide any relevant test reports from January 2022, and switch to a signed and stamped quality assurance issued by our company, subject to the signed contract.
